Following extensive research, both as end using consumers ,who have purchased and suffered a variety of different products, we firmly believe the EVOlution to be the most advanced e-cigarette available, manufactured to the highest standard and assembled here in the UK.
We work extremely closely with the manufacturer and are at all times aware of the product development plans, many of which are quite simply streets ahead of the competitors. What's in the Digicig cartridge?
The 3 ingredients in the ECOpure cartridge are vegetable glyercol, nicotine and purified water. The nicotine used within our cartridges is sourced from an approved manufacturer of pharmaceutical grade nicotine liquid, the same as is used in traditional over the counter Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) products.
ECOpure is laboratory manufactured within a world leading UK Bio Science facilty.
ECOpure liquid contains no known harmful chemicals.
Is the DigiCig really READY TO USE straight out of the box?
Yes, every DigiCig battery is tested prior to dispatch and there should be no need for you to charge them first. As with all things electronic, e.g. mobile phone batteries, the batteries are subject to trickle discharge when awaiting first use, so we do recommend that they be given a charge to ensure optimum performance, but users will definitely be able to get started immediately on receipt.
Is it cheaper to use the EVOlution rather than regular cigarettes?
This is very simple to answer, YES! We believe in being honest and wanting satisfied customers to return time after time. We all have different smoking habits, some inhale deeply, others quite shallow. Some inhale up to 25 times per cigarette others only 7 or 8 times. On average however, a regular cigarette provides 12-15 inhalations. Typically, in a year an average smoker smoking 20 cigarettes a day will spend 365 x £5.70 = £2080 on regular cigarettes. Smoking the Digicig will cost that same user approximately £535. A saving of roughly 75%!
Is the Digicig safe?
Most harmful products in a regular cigarette are produced as a result of the combustion/burning of the tobacco/paper etc. e.g. carbon monoxide or any of the other 4800+ chemicals and carcinogens that tobacco smoke produces.
In the DigiCig, because there is no combustion whatsoever, there are no toxins or by-products produced by combustion. Although we are unable, at this time, and prior to the commencement of formal clinical trials, to state that using a DigiCig is harmless, nevertheless we believe it is fair to state that using our product is significantly less harmful than traditional cigarettes. We believe that our customers are able to draw their own conclusions from comparing the active ingredients within a cigarette against a DigiCig cartridge.

How Long Do The Cartridges REALLY Last?
We at Digicig want to share this brilliant product with you and from day one want you to be happy. We will not mislead you in any way by giving you ‘calculations’ or ‘best scenarios’ that many people will.
From our personal experiences as 30 a day smokers (now zero) we have found that that a 20 cigarette a day smoker will get through 3 cartridges a day. Obviously lighter smokers may use fewer cartridges and heavier smokers more. This is a true representation. Many websites and retailers will tell you that their cartridges last the equivalent of 12-15 or even 20 cigarettes, this is simply not true as the correct method of measurement is made by the amount of e-liquid in each cartridge, not by the end user’s habits.
What strength should I choose?
A common misconception is that if someone smokes, for example, Benson & Hedges Gold, they must choose high strength DigiCig cartridges. Actually, the strength of cartridge which should be chosen should be measured against the number of cigarettes currently smoke each day. So, as a rough guide, for those smoking over 30 a day, we would suggest Very High, between 20 and 30 a day, High, 10-20 Medium, 5-10 Low, 0-5, Zero or Low.
Many of our customers use different strengths for different times of the day, for example a high strength cartridge at the start of the day and low or zero at other times during their day.
Is the EVOlution e-cigarette a Stop Smoking Aid?
The EVOlution e-cigarette has not yet been proven to be a smoking cessation device and is not marketed as such. Indeed, it is an offence in the UK and Europe to “sell, supply or advertise a Nicotine Replacement Product which does not have a product license.”
Digicig conforms strictly to all legal restrictions (and our own ethical mission statement) in force in the country in which it is being advertised or sold. Formal clinical trials will shortly commence which we hope will eventually lead to the product being recognised as an NRT product, but for now, we state that the DigiCig is an alternative product to cigarettes.
NICOTINE
Nicotine has been shown to pose some health risks in some studies, more so in large doses or to those at greater risk for example children, pregnant women, persons with heart conditions and/or high blood pressure etc. It is always best to consult your doctor or physician before using any nicotine replacement product.
Is There A Guarantee On Electronic Cigarettes From Digicig?
Yes. All our e-cigarettes have been tested and quality control checked prior to delivery to you and come with a 30 day guarantee on all its items. The vapour devices and battery are manufactured to extremely high standards and are each individually tested prior to final assembly at the factory in Lancashire. However, both are consumable devices that will ultimately need replacing after a length of time depending on usage and treatment. It is therefore impossible for us to guarantee these parts beyond their initial use.
Each vapour device is designed to last an absolute minimum of 6,000 inhalations and we expect each battery to achieve 500 re-charges before they need replacing. Of course, vapour devices and spare batteries like cartridges and other parts can be purchased though the DigiCig website.
Can I use DigiCig Cartridges with any other e-cig product than the EVO?
No, the DigiCig cartridges are designed to fit only the EVO e-cigarette, so please be aware that if ordering our ECOpure cartridges, you will already need to have, or to order, an EVO e-cigarette.
Can I smoke my electronic cigarette in NO SMOKING places?
Yes you can and totally legally!
Within the Smoking ban, the definition of ‘smoking’ is very clearly defined as: “smoking refers to smoking tobacco or anything which contains tobacco, or smoking any other substance and smoking includes being in possession of lit tobacco or of anything lit which contains tobacco, or being in possession of any other lit substance in a form in which it could be smoked.
”The user of a DigiCigis not included within this Act in any way. The e-cigarette does not contain TOBACCO nor is it LIT nor does it produce any smoke. Only WATER VAPOUR IS PRODUCED no different to the vapour produced by a boiling kettle!
You can smoke your e-cigarette legally in most places though education of pub landlords, restaurant managers etc is part of the enjoyment! We do recommend courtesy at all times, which further helps to spread the message that e-cigarette vapour is not harmful to those around the user. |
